Lanier Valley Dentistry will be opening the Week of May 4th Lanier Valley Dentistry would like to announce the reopening of our office that has been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been closely following data regarding COVID-19, including information provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Federal Government COVID-19 Task Force, State Officials, American Dental Association, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). • | Our HVAC system has now been equipped with multiple UV purification systems complete with multiple activated advanced filters and air ionization to mitigate aerosol contaminants (viruses, bacteria, and fungal spores). |
• | Our office will communicate with you before your appointment to ask some screening questions. You'll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office. |
• | We encourage all patients to fill out any necessary paperwork or forms online prior to their appointment. |
• | We will check the temperature of all patients and employees upon entry into the office using a touchless thermometer. |
• | We will have hand sanitizer available throughout the office. |
• | Our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children's toys and so forth because those items are difficult to clean and disinfect. |
• | Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. This may mean that you're offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. |
• | Patients should be seen alone in the examination room unless they need a caregiver with them at the visit. Visitors and guests are not allowed. |
• | We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time. |
• | We will ask that you bring a mask to the office for personal use while you are awaiting treatment and examination. |
